Information About Brokerage Services

This notice is required by Texas law (Texas Occupations Code § 1101.558) and must be provided to all prospective clients before entering into a brokerage agreement. It explains the types of real estate license holders, broker duties, and how a license holder may represent parties in a transaction.

TREC Consumer Notice

This notice is issued by the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) and provides important information about how TREC regulates real estate brokers, sales agents, and inspectors, and how consumers can seek recourse through the Real Estate Recovery Trust Account.
